The story unfolds across two parallel timelines, past and present, where Shaji Pappan and his gang appear in different roles. As secrets surface and powerful enemies emerge in both eras, the gang is drawn into high-stakes confrontations.

After a long wait, Aadu 3 is finally back.
The main strengths of the movie are the performances, comedy, and technical quality. Jayasurya is excellent as Shaji Pappan, while Saiju Kurup is stunning as Arakkal Abu, bringing a fantastic sense of swag to the role. Sunny Wayne’s performance is also highly commendable, particularly his British-Malayali accent in the historical timeline. The new foreign character Kate Lara in the movie is presented very well; unlike in many other movies where such roles feel small, she has proper importance and screen presence. Most of the comedy scenes and dialogues land perfectly, and Dharmajan’s Captain Cleetus stands out with amazing humor that maintains the film's flow. On the negative side, the first half feels an unnecessary lag in the world-building of the past era. While one major event was excellent and gives hope for the next part, its placement in the film didn't quite work, as they could have explored it more.
Overall, the movie feels above average with strong performances and technical aspects, even if the story could have been better. I am looking forward to the next part.
