Baby Girl is a commendable attempt that maintains its thrill through a solid
first half, but it eventually loses the grip of the movie due to weak writing and a predictable second half. While Sangeeth Prathap and Lijomol Jose deliver outstanding performances that elevate the film, Nivin Pauly’s role is flat and lacks impact. Although the movie was technically sound, the movie is marred by logical gaps and unnecessary twists that lead to an average conclusion.
Overall a decent one-time watch for the performances, but let down by its script.
