jealoy, ego and complexities. A man who could never love a woman, satisfy her, hates her, labels her, kills her, all to have her even with reincarnation of himself but still couldn't. It is a wacky film which shines light upon disparity, alienated daily life of impotence, trust issues and perverse behaviour of human nature. Lynch with his narrative style and screenplay creates a mysterious web of deceptions, betrayal and murder in which you will be absorbed either in good way or bad way. There are no rules in this cinema, it follows no norms or structure, everything is so unique, personal, and filled with feelings of constant search for something which you will never have. Lynch transforms cinema from a into an abstract, erotic horror noir, and experimental art form. Which I don't think anyone can pull off apart from him. Lost highway is a phase which we all go through, where we feel there is no end to this search, no matter how many times you start over, it's not in your destiny. The dream turns into a nightmare and you will be deeply affected and stuck in it. It's a vicious circle of obsession and identity.
