Trapped on an island with the most beautiful woman on earth, is the kind of
dream i am all in for, unless the girl turns out to be a bad crazy bitch like Rachel McAdams, then your dream will just turn out to be an absolute nightmare. But at the end i was very happy for her, my girl got what she deserved and she got it by herself like a true predator.
This film has one of the most unlikeable female protagonists of all time who wins in the end and faces no repercussions, now that's the kind of thriller film i wish to watch. And sam raimi has delivered it brilliantly. Its a kind of comically twisted craziness and hilariously unpredictable that I long for in survival thrillers. It brings out a real wild self that's been caged by capitalism and Corporate society which dehumanizes you until the moment and place where corporate status means nothing. Only the real survive!
