Spa is a fun adult comedy with a strong story that really makes you think.
The actors are perfectly cast, and all of their performances are amazing, especially Vineeth Thattil's. Dinesh Prabhakar's dialogue delivery in the movie is also really good. The director handles the "happy ending" massage scenes safely and respectfully toward all genders, without going overboard. The writing is smart, and interesting scenes—like the couple's conversation—show another face of society. The movie is a very enjoyable ride until the very end, where the climax becomes confusing and hard to follow.
Overall, it is a well-made and wonderfully acted movie, let down only by an ending that is hard to understand.
