" En nanban,En Thalapathi "
Mani Ratnam movie marathon
Part 8- Thalapathi
Maniratnam's Thalapathi is an all time classic, hands down.Having an emaculate cast with actors like Rajnikanth, aravind swamy, mamooty, shobana etc, thalapathi revolves around soorya(rajinikanth) and his friendship with Deva( Mamooty ).
Mamooty as Devaraj was just gold,Loved his performance and dialogue delivery,so was Aravind swamy as arjun. The songs are all pure gemThe climax death was kinda sad,but still ya,it elevated the movie. overall,i loved it
