relationships which creates walls between you and leaves no space to share anything with each other, fills with awkward moments and unspoken actions which hurts everyone. Tighee is one such story of rediscovering lost love, care and truth between three of them who have drifted from each other over the years because of misunderstanding and unresolved conflicts. This kind of story can easily turn into melodrama and make you lose the interest in the story, but this film so brilliantly manages to keep sequences so subtle , nuanced and grounded that it almost feels like you are part of that family. You can feel pain, sacrifice and love each person and their struggles and dilemmas so well. That's what makes this film so emotionally well made. I wouldn't call it a family drama, for me its portrayal of unique characters bounded by love but with their own identity, journey and struggle which often creates clash but there is nothing which cannot be solved when you pour your heart out and speak to them what's troubling you. All three actresses deserve equal praise for their performance, each of them standout in their own way and style and you will love all 3 of them. It's so rare to see a story of women portrayed in such a beautiful and emotional way in cinemas. It's a rare gem for me, which you can't find in mainstream cinema. A beautiful story of volatile characters coming together and finding endurance, resilience and love.
