A very old action film that got crafted very late.
When Hollywood is moving from cliched stuff as much as they could nowadays as the old stuff doesn't work at all much, French cinema comes up copying 2010s Hollywood action films.
The acting performances were very okayish. The 80 percent of the film was filled with action set pieces and only some of them were good. In 99 percent of the action sequences, only the camera was moving. Everything was done by the camera only. So the fighting felt very bland and irritating.
Me being a person who loves brainless commercial action flicks too doesn't find this film a tad bit engaging in any way. The police station talk between Bastien and leo was a good scene.
I really thought French Cinema would be very different but they trying to be what hollywood commercial action films was 20 years ago.
Didn't work for me at all.
