it, One last dance! Before i say anything about this beautiful film, don't go to the movie thinking this is Tom Hiddleston's movie like i did. He is in it like just for 10-15 minutes, and it's not a bad thing, it was perfect and the moments he was in, he just made them his. Especially that dance number in the second act. We will finally see how good of a dancer Tom Hiddleston is, Thank You Chuck! This movie is meditation on life and death, how we perceive it and how we live it. Especially when you already know your fate. This movie might seem light hearted on top, but it is very sensitive and dark. Because we see chuck growing up, sees lots of tragedy around his life, lots of death, lots of grieving. It teaches how one should move on and dance your way out of tragic, depressing and mundane life. Because we all live it. It gives great affirmation on life, you will never feel so happy for being alive even if your own death is staring right at you. When i first heard its based on Stephen King's story, the first thing that comes to mind is horror. But this movie was a horror, a horror and fears of life and how you overcome it and live fearlessly. It's a bit supernatural, a bit emotional, and a bit of a feel good. This was stephen king's one of the most beautiful adaptations of his novel, which so profoundly talks about life , death and just the small little moments which makes us feel alive and glad to be alive even when you know your time is up on this planet or world is ending around you. I really loved how the movie was told in reverse chronological way, like you will know the fate of chuck in the beginning just like chuck himself did, the stretched overlong first act and its sci fi elements might feel overkill, but all three acts are completed you will appreciate the first act so much and understand the deeper meaning of it. This movie definitely is not going to be for everyone, it really has to talk you, and connect with your sensibilities. For me this is the kind of movie i really appreciate. The way it is made and the things it wanted to tell. When your time on this earth is limited, Make the most of it when you can. Find the joy in small and unexpected moments and remember your loved one in their happy memories. And remember one thing " I CONTAIN MULTITUDES"
