Kennedy is Kashyap’s (attempt to) return to his style and aesthetics which we
all loved and fell for . One can see little shades of Ugly , Raman Raghav and Black Friday in bits and pieces . The film is long for its story , some sequences feel good at that point but as a larger narrative just makes the film too long . Background score stands out , so as Rahul Bhatt’s eyes . The dialogues are whistle and clap worthy throughout, so as the humour .
You know the art is ironic when the thing it talks about is been displayed at that very own establishment .
